No matter it is a scorching summer or a cold winter, or a storm or a sky full of frost and snow, the harsh outdoor conditions cannot hinder their work. Recently, the "picking up light" photography volunteer service team went deep into the "breathing" city to take the most touching photos of working scenes for sanitation workers at work, retaining memories, engraving time, and praising every striver and worker in every corner of society.

The volunteers used professional and unsophisticated shooting techniques to show the most realistic working scenes and working conditions of sanitation workers. They restored different moments such as their fatigue when they just finished work, their joy when chatting with each other, their sleepiness at noon in summer, and their shyness after discovering the camera, one by one, into the lens and photo frame. After the light-picking team printed out the photos, they framed the beautiful photos and gave them to sanitation workers so that they could share the most touching scenes with their loved ones. Every job deserves to be respected, and every worker deserves to be remembered by society.

The "pick up light" photography volunteer service team means "picking up the beautiful smile of the elderly and freezing the happy time of the elderly." Under the leadership of Shanghai's "most beautiful retired soldier" Zheng Yu, so far, it has taken free photos for more than 11,000 elderly people in Fengxian District, sent 23 theater performances to the countryside, and realized micro-dreams for 59 elderly people. The light-picking team also looks forward to helping more people pick up smiles. To this end, they continue to expand the scope of volunteer services, entering the army, companies, construction sites, public rental housing, etc., to provide volunteer service activities for different groups. They look forward to "picking up" more good times for the elderly and filling in more regrets.
